检测原理
磷酸肌酸激酶（CK，EC 2.7.3.2）催化磷酸肌酸和ADP生成肌酸和ATP，己糖激酶（HK，Hexokinase）催化肌酸与葡萄糖形成6-磷酸葡萄糖，6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶（G6P-DH，Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase）催化6-磷酸葡萄糖与NADP+生成NADPH，导致340 nm波长处吸光值增加。

样本稀释倍数
