检测原理
游离脂肪酸在酰基合成酶的作用下生成酰基辅酶A，酰基辅酶A在酰基氧化酶的氧化作用下生成过氧化氢。过氧化氢在酶和探针的存在下反应，产生的荧光物质在激发波长535 nm和发射波长590 nm处的荧光强度与游离脂肪酸浓度成正比。
