检测原理
2-脱氧葡萄糖被细胞摄入后，转化为2-DG-6P，2DG-6P在葡萄糖脱氢酶催化生成6PDG，同时NADP+转换生成NADPH，生成的NADPH在心肌黄递酶的作用下将探针转化成荧光物质，荧光物质能够在530 nm处被激发，590 nm处检测发射波长。
