检测原理
ATP酶可分解ATP产生ADP及无机磷，通过测定产物无机磷在单位时间内产生量来表示酶的活力。无机磷在酸性溶液中与钼酸铵反应生成磷钼酸铵复合物，用还原剂还原生成钼蓝，其在660 nm有吸收峰。测定钼蓝的浓度来计算出无机磷的量。

样本稀释倍数
将10%组织匀浆稀释成2%、1%、0.5%不同的浓度，取100 μL按操作表进行预实验，以待测样本的测定管OD值低于1.0为宜。不同样本的稀释如下表（仅供参考）。
