检测原理
MTT是噻唑蓝（3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide），可被线粒体内的一些脱氢酶还原生成结晶状的深紫色产物甲臜（formazan）。甲臜可被DMSO完全溶解，并通过酶标仪测定570nm波长附近的吸光度。细胞增殖速度越快，则吸光度越高；细胞毒性越大，则细胞增殖减慢从而导致吸光度降低。
