检测原理
NO2-与显色剂生成淡红色偶氮化合物（如图），生成偶氮化合物的浓度与NO2-的浓度具有线性关系，通过比色可以知道NO2-的浓度。试剂一和试剂二的作用，除去样本有色物质的干扰。

样本稀释倍数
在正式检测前，需选择2-3个预期差异大的样本稀释成不同浓度进行预实验，根据预实验的结果，结合本试剂盒的线性范围（1.36-500 μmol/L），请参考下表稀释：
注：稀释液为生理盐水（0.9% NaCl）或PBS（0.01 M，pH 7.4）。
