检测原理
丙酮酸与显色剂反应，反应产物在碱性溶液中呈红棕色，颜色的深浅与丙酮酸含量成正比，通过比色可以计算出丙酮酸的含量。

样本稀释倍数
在正式检测前，需选择2-3个预期差异大的样本稀释成不同浓度进行预实验，结合本试剂盒的线性范围（0.006-2.0 μmol/mL），选取最佳稀释倍数，进行正式批量实验。不同样本的稀释比例范围如下表（仅供参考）:
