用途
该试剂盒用于体外定量检测大鼠血清、血浆或其他相关生物液体中ADP/Acrp30浓度。
检测原理
本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心ELISA法。用抗大鼠 ADP/Acrp30抗体包被于酶标板上，实验时加入样品（或标准品）和辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）标记的抗ADP/Acrp30检测抗体，样本（或标准品中）的ADP/Acrp30与包被抗体ADP/Acrp30及HRP标记的抗ADP/Acrp30抗体结合，形成包被抗体-ADP/Acrp30-HRP标记的抗ADP/Acrp30抗体的复合物，游离的成分被洗去。加入显色底物(TMB)，TMB在辣根过氧化物酶的催化下呈现蓝色，加终止液后变成黄色。用酶标仪在450 nm波长处测OD值，ADP/Acrp30浓度与OD450值之间呈正比，通过绘制标准曲线计算出样品中ADP/Acrp30的浓度。

可检测样本中的大鼠ADP/Acrp30，且与其它相关蛋白无明显交叉反应。
